Meet PERCOM's Instructors

At PERCOM our instructors have over 100 years combined experience in EMS. You can read their Biographies by clicking on their names or pictures to the left.

Jane Dinsmore is our Program Director and Online Lead Instructor. She has over 23 years experience in EMS and EMS Education.

Michael Hay is an Affiliate Instructor and Co-Coordinato. With over 20 years experience in EMS Michael brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Richard Adams is a Licensed Paramedic and Advanced Coordinator through the Texas Department of State Health Services. He is also a National Registry representative for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. He has 23 years experience in EMS as a provider and educator.
