 Clinical Practicum Requirements
These are the requirements for attending clinical rotations at Texas Emergency Training (TET). Below the requirements are the checklist and the forms you must fill out.
- High School Diploma, GED or College Transcript.
- Shot Record (Must include a TB test within 6 months of the start of clinicals, Hepatitis B Vaccine, MMR (2 sets), tetanus and Chicken Pox (or proof of having contracted disease))
- Hippa Training Form
- AHA Health Care Provider CPR Card (front and back)
- Copy of Drivers License
- TET Registration Form
